Has anyone ever tried a Digital Camera External Battery like this one (http://forum.caithness.org/go.php?url=http://www.g-batteries.co.uk/product_info.php/products_id/1335). My batteries never last so I thought about trying this out. Any advice would be appreciated.

biggest mistake i made was buying a camera which has a spececial battery a complete pest when it goes flat if i could go back again i would buy a camera that takes aa batteries a lot easier to aquire spare batteries if ure out and about

My camera is an antique (HP photosmart) so I had to find something that would fit it, and the above external battery does. I just need something that will last more than an hour.

Thanks Eddie. I can't really afford to splash out on a new camera at the moment, and this wee fella might be old but still works well. I just get so fed up with the batteries giving up on me.
