I've just bought some cat grass from pets at home....anyone got any experience with this and if it actually stops my cats chewing up my house plants?

I feed this to my cats as they are house cats and need to eat grass.

Can't promise it will stop your cats eating your houseplants.

Think you'll just have to put shelves up!:confused

Throw your house plants out. That's what I did.

But keep the grass for your cats, as they do need it.

Thanks Liz and KCI, I'm glad I bought this! How long will a small tray of cat grass last in the snarling jaws of my beloved darlings? Was just wondering if it would be another expense to add to the list..or more of a one-off payment?

you could always buy the seeds and a small bag of compost. May work out cheaper in the long run.

Ok cheers Henry20, sounds like a plan! But do they regrow themselves or do they literally munch the grass to death?
