What a state some of the buses are in Dirty Seats etc Drivers smoking .
On a bus to Thurso today never Again.
Driver would not help with Buggy up steps .
About time we had low floor buses like Orkney and Inverness[disgust]

If the driver is smoking report them as it is now illegal.

Definition of driver is someone who drives, not someone who gets out and helps you with your buggy. If a driver was to do this at every stop you would then be complaining that you had been stuck at the bus stop for hours wating for a bus that was late.

Last time the OH and I were up we were waiting at the taxi rank at Inverness airport. There was a bit of a wait but the bus came so we decided to see about getting that.
The drivers attitude was disgusting for starters, the customers were obviously an inconvenience to his job! He was tutting and people struggling to get their luggage one etc..
When we saw how much a single was we realised 1 we did not have the change and 2 there was no way we were paying that! He turned round and barked as us 'well are you getting on?!'
luckily our taxi driver was MUCH nicer but I will not ever use rapsons again unless we need too!
