I clicked the link with baited breath but...that's art...it says something , it's original and clever and it enhances a bland wall...unlike graffiti , which is in my opinion a blight.

Have to agree - it's art, and with a wonderful tongue-in-cheek theme! NOT to be confused with some snot-nosed kid with a spray can or magic marker daubing his or her ramblings.

Naww, that's got to be art surely.

Graffitti is meaningless to nearly everybody except the "Tagger" even if it is usually colourfull.

I usually find the stuff taggers put on walls is illegible, never mind whether it has any meaning.
