Looking to start a blog page and was wonderng if any one has any info on how to design a page ...Pc is up for vista, on my isp is bt yahoo...Any help would be great Links would be appreciated..Thanks in advance...

www.blogger.com will let you set up a 'blog page, with a big selection of templates available.

You'll need a google account though.. :(

Edit: ...although they will help you set up a google account for you too. It's the first step on the ladder. :)
