View Full Version : Request for low flying jet photo
Hello, Does anyone have any photos of low flying jets or planes which show their height? I am studying noise in primary schools and aircraft noise appears to be a main source of noise so I could do with a pic to show how low they fly up with us.

These guys have to practice somewhere. They are working for the defence of our nation. Give em a break.[disgust]
thanks for all your help, I wasn't having a go at the RAF I totally appreciate the work they do. I am investigating the insulation and design of schools not whether or not the RAF should be flying in the area. The RAF as well as other people and organisations have been very helpful in my study and I am very grateful to everyone who has contributed.

I know its been a while since this thread was started but I finally managed to get these today. They were doing a straffing run over me on Holborn Head.

This is the correct orientation, one wing pointing to the sea the other at the sky.

grumpyhippo,
They are stunning, well caught.
Not sure my reactions are quick enough to match those, even if I was in the right place at the right time!
