My wife's grandmother was Charlotte Service, her parents were George Service and Jesse Bain Gunn, whose parents were Alexander Gunn and Mary Dunnet. Sorry if I have spelt the names incorrectly. Can anyone help with a link, please.Lived I believe in the Wick area. We live in Australia, and will be visiting Caithness in coming months.

Sorry I cant help, but have you looked at all the sites listed in the first thread here - at the top of the page ? There might be something there to help you.
Also I'd like to add www.graven-images.org.uk (http://www.graven-images.org.uk) which gives two old Cemeteries - new and old Latheron.... plus more info.
Many of the folk came to Wick from the area around Latheron .
