What a bunch of posers! Great pictures Raven; really enjoyed them. I must admit cows are very appealing; it's the big eyes that does it (when you can see them)!

Beautiful pictures Raven, thanks for sharing them. Coos are a favourite of mine too, highlanders in particular. :)
Fabulous pic Raven - Highland coos really are posers! Used to live by some "free range" ones and the number of tourists stopping for pics was unbelievable!
Loved the pictures of the coos Raven. I guess they lived up to their reputation, (being nosey and all that.) Keep them coming raven and i'll keep looking as i love photographs. By the way thanks for using the word COO that takes me back DOON the line as we always refer to them as that.;)
Cheers connie19!

Cheers folks! yep, those highlanders have something going for them, haven`t they??!!! ;)

I think its a good word for a cow... coo... or as you would say in Germany Kuh, same sound as coo.... :D

You must promise its going to be as well as your usual callender of Caithness because as much as I love your coo's would prefer your scenic photo's.
I love the black coo poser.
Whoops,nuckel rapped "dark" coo. lol

Well Cuddlepop, I have been a busu girl and so the new Caithness Calendar for 2009 is almost finished already:D
Should we call it "maximal pigmented hair highlander coo" then:roll:
As were on the coo theme. Here are some of mine. Like Raven I find these animals fabulous models to photograph. Though obviously your at their mercy regarding pose and stage direction!!

I had a car hire from Bristol airport last month and the lad that was dealing with my hire had a haircut just like that cow.
As per usual with Europcar they got all the arrangments wrong and when I tried to point out the error they had made the lad took a bad attitude with me.
When I pointed out the the mistake they had made he started to wind his neck in and I ask him would he pull the hair off his face when talking to me.
Feeling very angry about the hassle again, but smug about being right we set off on our onward journey.
I have just got my card bill and the little swine has over charged me by £121-15.
I am just writing a letter to them and wondered if I could use this photo so they will have no doubt about who I am talking about.
I ask him would he pull the hair off his face when talking to me.
I hope he told you where to go.

No, he did not.
He stuck an extra £121-15 on my card and proberbly stuck his 2 fingers up as I left the building.;)
This is the first time i have looked at this thread and i must say what FANTASTIC photos

As long as the coo is not trying to lick the lens I am fine;)

Shoot me for taking this thread off coos, but I have just had the most delightfull experience ever with a customer service employee.
A young lady named Pavinder has refunded me my £121-15 in full and as way of an apology has sent me £40-00 worth of vouchers for my next car hire.
That has restored my faith in mankind.:Razz
