I am on AOL dial up atm but I will be abled to get BB in the near future.

I have been offered 3 packages from AOL

Platinum £29.99 2mb/sec unlimited download Gold £24.99 1mb/sec unlimited download Silver £17.99 512kb/sec unlimited download

What is everybody else on? The choice out there can be quite off putting.

thanks in advance

Im with BT broadband and i connectat 2.2Mbps.Never had any problems, except they never even charged me for the first 4 moths use! I pay it with my phone bill, and it is abou £28 per month including the line rental for the phone. I dont think i would change providers.

try http://www.bulldogbroadband.com/

i know it advertises 8mb all over the front page, but if you put your phone number in, it tells you what services we can get up here. 2mb unlimited connection for £19.50 a month is good. i've heard good things about this company. but i'm sure people have heard bad as well.

broadband providers are all down to personal opinion though. if your happy with AOL, then stay with them i guess

Had AOL Gold for 3 months and it started disconnecting at will, also heard of few other people that the same happened to.Switched to BT 2MB broadband and never looked back, far quicker and more reliable.Would recommend BT no probs at all, good luck.
