Ideal World programme

I am having trouble getting Ideal world shopping channel on my freeview but i can get QVC channel. Is anyone else having this problem?

Did you get the channel before? And I think this would be better suited in the technical fourms.

Are you missing any more channels Fran?

If you usually get Ideal World and the signal quality is good (?) then it sounds like your aerial is okay.

I sometimes lose channels but it is usually weather related.

Have you tried unplugging your Freeview box for a wee while to reboot it?
Also,if you can, try setting to default as this can sometimes help.

like i said fran i had to buy a new aerial and i get all the channels now my aerial woz out dated

try rescanning,i often loose channels and they useualy come back after rescann
