I'm confused! Had an MP3 player for Xmas but don't know which site to go to for downloading music, there's so many, some are a one off fee, some a monthly fee and others a fee per download.
Can anyone tell me the best site to use, please!

Yes, so do probably most of the population BUT should you really be using it?
Depends what music you like. iTunes, Virgin etc will all have a good selection that you have to pay for. Most are mp3 but iTunes does use a different format so make sure that your mp3 player supports it.
Napster is a monthly subscription, but you need to keep the subscription up to listen to your music.
Personally, I cannot see past the Deutsche Grammophon website, excellent quality mp3s, superb music and no DRM. Only problem is you have to like classical music! :)
I use SoundsBox.com Thousands of songs to choose from and very easy to use.
thepiratebay.org is what i use
Naughty Naughty.
Bitcomet is good though;)
It's been said again and again. Yes, LimeWire is legal. But not everything you choose to do with it is, just need to be careful.
bitcomet is good too.
just do what i do, get the kids to do it for you, works for me. heh heh.
eMule is simple to use and pretty reliable.

I use limewire usually if its a specific song i'm after & I use bitcomet for full albums..never had any real probs with them!
