Can anyone throw any light on a Catherine Nichol or Nicol who's name appears in the 1851
Census Latheron Caithness ? birth around 1843 Siblings were Anne, William, Francis ( or Frank ) John, Helen.
She emigrated to New Zealand and married a Joseph Punch around 1865
Any information will be most welcome.

I can find some info on Catherine Nicholl she died in 1926 but there is a person on Caithness Family History with a message and lots of info re this family maybe if you are not in touch with her you should contact her she is based in New Zealand and seems to know lots about this family.
