Been browsing the Members List, I may me thick but what's the difference between an 'Orger' and a 'member' and what is 'Reputation' how does that work?

Don't quote me on this but once you have posted 30 posts I think you are upgraded from a member to an Orger.

In the top right corner of every post is a set of scales, you click on that to either approve or disapprove of a particular post therefore increasing or decreasing the poster's reputation.

And when you reach the giddy heights of 1000 posts you are promoted to "1K.Orger"....
