Looking for a day time dog watcher/sitter

I'm looking for a reliable and trustworthy person to check on my elderly dog during the day while I'm at work, to let him out and/or take for a walk. Would suit someone who is retired and a dog lover.

I'm in Springpark area of Thurso.
