I have a Compaq laptop which I dock in a docking station which contains a 160gb hard drive, problem is I cannot access the hard drive to back up my system , the docking station is accessed through Internet Explorer, I have tried contacting Hewlet Packard but it is difficult to describe the problem to someone who does not understand English, it took me several attempts to try to convince them that i was not having a problem with my printer! :~(
