I'm not quite sure where to put this - Genealogy, Literature or Recommendations..... someone other will decide I'm sure.
I have been told that the play Widows of Clyth by Donald Campbell is being reprinted ( at long last ) and can be purchased on line from -
www.fairplaypress.co.uk (http://www.fairplaypress.co.uk)
This book is a fictional account of the fishing tragedy at Clyth in 1876
involving several Sutherlands, Sinclair and MacKay
Folk who are doing Family History will find this well worth reading.
I saw the play in Edinburgh some years ago and was deeply moved.
It is beautifully written and full of atmosphere and emotion.
