First ever Supermarket in Ardrossan opened on Monday by ASDA.

We decided to take a wee trip there on Tuesday night and decided never to go back.

The place is full of all the local moon units and mentalists who seemed to be walking about with empty baskets and trolleys pointing at the produce.

It was like the shopping mall scene from Dawn of the Dead.

One thing on the plus side is that you can be safe in the knowledge that your house wont be done over when you're shopping in there, cos all the footpads and vagabonds are in the shop with you.

No Deli, bakers, butchers or fish counters, its a pretty poor show for the capital town of Ayrshire. http://killiefc.com/forum/images/smilies/whistling.gif

think this is more a reflection on the place not the shop

Dunderheed - this really made me chuckle. It is so true of Adsa (After Death Shopping Aisles) The missing bits like fish counter will pick up after a month or two when they suss out local trends.
