To hear is bliss

A conversation,a mediocre moment
A subject to love or fear
To listen to every detail
I listen to all I hear

To sanctify in all my friends
All different in topics abound
For they educate me in different ways
Than any teacher I have found

To see their thoughts in how they talk
To laugh and smile and cry
To listen to what they have to say
I don't even have to try

For a blether does what a blether does
Fills you in with the daily craic
So keep ye bletherin aw ma friends
Cos I'll listen to ye right back
