I am the very pattern of a modern tour
professional,
At tournaments I treat each interview as a
confessional,
I analyse each shot I've played in language quite
fanatical -
'I'm hitting pretty solid' is my notion of
grammatical.
The agonies I go through on the course are
psychological;
My marital arrangements, though, are nigh on
mythological.
My caddy Ron and I are known as golfing's Dave
and Jonathan;
There's no one I would rather have alongside
when I'm on a run.
My coach devotes his waking life no changing my
parabola
With talk of geometric planes and ultimate
hyperbola.
I sometimes think my whole career is one long,
slow recessional;
