how do you eat your pate ? our favorite is course liver pate on toast with a side salad of onions and tomatos, sprinkled in olive oil and basil. Put either tomato or onion on each slice.
ooh i havent had pate since it was "banned" when i was pregnant..but i did like it on water biscuits or melba toast with a good red wine..
I love Brussels Pate but don't remember to buy it very often. I always have it the same way. On toast with butter. It's lovely for breakfast or for a snack any time. yum yum
