There is going to be Charity Auction on 12th August in Skinandis at 6.30pm. A local family are raising money to buy a similiar specailised bed for Caithness General Hospital, which Elaine is currently using as a result of being paralysed by tumours on her spine. There are some great items up for auction which include a Celtic Shirt signed by 3 of the Lisbon Lions, Trial Flight, Hire of a stretched Limo, Residential caravan at Nairn for a week, Malts, Wildlife Cruise, Hampers, Sea Angling Trip, Fishing permits, Spirits, Paintings, Various vouchers for local shops, Motorcycle Crash Helmet, Items of furniture, champagne, floral arrangement, the list is endless. All the items will be on display in Sinclairs shoe Shop window in the week prior to the auction. If you cannot make it on the night then sealed bids can be given to Audrey at 17 Harald Drive, Thurso or Sheila and Frank Sinclair, Sibmister Road, Murkle . I hope you will support this cause.
