Office Manager
At Gow Groundworks, smooth processes and systems are the key to our success. We’re looking for an office manager who has excellent organisational skills and a personable disposition to keep us thriving. The ideal candidate will have a natural flexibility in handling day-to-day routines as well as surprises. The office manager will provide strong, reliable support for operations by creating procedures and communicating them companywide.
Responsibilities
Oversee day-to-day running of a busy construction office
Management of two office staff
Dealing with clients via phone, email and face to face
Competent with Microsoft software including one drive and Microsoft Teams
Ensuring training is kept up to date including booking and applications for renewals etc
Meetings - minute taker, distribution
Distributing information to employees
Oversee the updates for all accreditations and insurances
Required skills and qualifications
Two or more years of experience in office management
Strong time-management and people skills, high degree of flexibility, and excellent multitasking ability
Ability to delegate workload fairly
Able to work well in a team
Proficiency with office applications, and aptitude for learning new software and systems
Ability to maintain confidentiality of company information

Working hours will 9am-5pm Monday – Friday
