Non-seasonally adjusted residential transactions are down by 2% relative to August 2023, whilst there has been a 7% increase in non-seasonally adjusted non-residential transactions. Seasonally adjusted residential transactions have fallen by 1% in September, which constitutes the first month-on-month decrease since May 2023.
