UNISON recommends Scotland's NHS staff accept new pay offer as ballot launches
Scotland's largest health union, UNISON, has today (Wednesday 22 February 2023) began balloting its 50,000 health members on pay - with the union recommending members vote to accept the offer. If accepted, the offer would see the majority of Scotland's health workers receive at least 6.5% increase on pay as well as a 1.5% one-off payment.
