It was a one sided vote , no one could make a case against the transfer as there was no opportunity to do so. Railroaded is the word that should be used and Bribery could be another , with promises of a golden investment which tenant will only see in the Cairn propaganda People in Thurso can already been at the sharp end of some disgusting behaviour by tenants which go’s unpunished, this breaches the rules of their tenancy. Older ( ex UKAEA) home owners are subjected to abuse on a unacceptable level and PHA that have been totally neglected and no more than a dumping ground . The anti social behaviour and the levels of some drunken and drugged up tenants is sweeped under the carpet. I wish them living in purgatory all the best, but there’s little or no chance of change.
