Scotland’s best and worst performing primary schools have been announced in a brand new league table for 2021.
Figures gathered by The Times have revealed how each school ranks as pupils head back to classrooms this week aftera seven-week summer holiday break.
Newly published data for the 2021/22 academic year shows how each primary school performed, scored on factors including numeracy, reading, writing, listening and talking.
The schools were ranked out of a total score of 400, with the percentage of pupils coming from the most deprived areas of Scotland taken into account. ... ":

Unfortunately some Caithness primary schools are in the bottom 50 places in the league table.
