I heard a rumour that at last The Highland Council and ScotGov have finally got their heads together and come up with a scheme to resolve the crisis of the bad road conditions in Caithness.
They are apparently going to call it Caithness Roads Action Plan, due to the long title they will abbreviate it to C.R.A.P.
Both parties are promising to keep C.R.A.P at the top of their agenda's.
So far neither party have managed to produce anything firm ............;)
