Castletown At Clair Arms hotel

Hi, I'm looking for any information about the St Clair Arms Hotel that was , now Castletown hotel. I'm liasing with Nucleus Archives but they have drawn a blank pre 1938. If anyone has any name or snippet that I can continue to search with, I'm trying to find out when it was built and by who.
