NOWTV box not working

Anybody else got a "white" NOWTV box and found it is no longer working?
I tried to watch on football on Sunday and got message on my TV advising " This device is no longer supported".
It transpires that NOWTV have turned off all the white Boxes, even though they were working OK.
I contacted NOWTV and they said that they notified everyone of this decision by e-mail, but neither me, or a colleague, have received this "e-mail"
Seems to me to be a ruse just to get people to buy a new NOWTV device

Of course....they slowed iPhones down so that u wud buy a new one.

Finally managed to contact them on Live Chat (https://help.nowtv.com/get-in-touch/technical-device-issues/problems-watching-now-tv) and got them to credit me with the cost of buying a new NowTV stick
