Hotmail problems

My mails don't seem to be leaving Caithness! I've tried sending using broadband and phone signal but although they show as having sent, they're not getting anywhere. I'm still getting mail though. Anyone any ideas ?

So you send a mail to someone in Caithness and they get it. But if you send a mail to someone outside of Caithness, they don't?

Yep. Tried from my Yahoo account and no problem. And now five hours later the Hotmail ones have just started to land. Very weir Do!
