Sandside or Sandyside

I am trying to find out where SANDSIDE or SANDYSIDE might be located in Caithness.
I have two instances:
a) in the late 1400's an Innes married a lady from Sandside or Sandyside.
b) About 1625 a morayshire gentlemen by the name of William Innes bought some property there.

Do you know of these areas? Any help much appreciated
