i am a keen sender of sending mail on this web site, but like to know how to change the date in the posted box. Could someone help me step my step as i am no that good on the compter

I'm not 100% sure what you mean but it sounds like you are talking about the bit where it shows what time you posted. By default it is set to GMT. If you look just below the orange caithness.org bar you should see a horizontal line with different options. In the middle of that line click on - Profile. In the new screen that loads up if you scroll down to the bottom you should see the second last option is Time Zone. It will be set to GMT. You can change this from the drop down arrow. Once you have selected your time zone press the submit button at the bottom.
