One never knows......I sometimes think that China is keeping North Korea going to take the heat off them, as they 'cultivate' the Spratley Islands and all those in the South China Sea. Once they have total control they will have very much more say in the realm of World trade,and the rite of passage through these area.
In a more casual way, we haven't seen a War in over 60 years. Please don't call the Vietnam fiasco a war.
It was the beginning of an American attempt at dominance.........and it goes on as we speak. Country by Country.....
