Latest news on STV this morning - voluntary redundancy packages to be offered to 150 staff at the Dounreay plant.

Rather than offer voluntary redundancies, why dont they terminate the employment of people who turn up each day but have no work to do. And also stop all the overtime of secretarial staff - that would certainly save a fortune. In fact, I wonder if you could request a "freedom of information" and find out how much overtime per week that certain individuals claim for.
