I am quite surprised that the Health Service would allow people to miss Five appointments with just a letter of reprimand.
The Timely access to Health Care is such an important parts of our lives.
In North America you have to pay a fee(penalty) for not notifying of the cancellation with 24 hours notice. As a result there are few missed appointments.
Just a thought........

Thought I wud bring this up to date.....read the NHS site and how other people dealt with this situation...
Perhaps some thought there for you the RPPPG..
