riverbank still has no working telephones due to a major bt fault. In an emergency (if unable to wait until phone lines are working again) please dial nhs24 on 111 or 999 if you think that you or someone is having a heart attack or stroke.

Surely if you think someone is having a stroke or heart attack you call 999 and not 111 or the GP surgery anyway? Thanks for the rest of the update but that bit could really be made clearer!
