View Full Version : Caithness General Hospital
The Queen Elizabeth Wing is to close at the end of the month due to a leaking roof. I wonder why repairs have not been carried out before now. Some patients have been transferred to the Dunbar in Thurso.

if you have/had an issue about staff then I hope you've complained rather than post on a public forum!

I agree - some staff could do with being redesigned though this could be true in many workplaces too - not just CGH.
If staff are stressed/overworked/uninterested/asinine etc then it is really a redesign of management that is required! Staff will behave according to how management cares, respects them, treats them and how much they involve them in decision making.
