Anyone been losing channels (not the signal) during the past couple of days? Error message says something like "there is a technical problem with this channel"

This error can be caused by a few things.
You say not the signal. The signal might be coming and going which can give this error sometimes.
It could be the LNB on the dish that is becoming faulty.
It could also be the box, I can guide you through a planner rebuild which might cure it.

Thanks MB - I tried the hi-tech solution and switched the box off for 10 minutes - seems OK now.
