I was wondering if anyone else is having a problem with their BT infinity broadband in Caithness? 4 weeks ago our broadband connection was meant to go live however, this did not happen. An engineer came out three days later to say that the problem was that the fibre had been connected to wrong cabinet however he was not able to fix the problem. Since then we have known what the fault has been but we still don't have broadband! We have contacted BT numerous times who just end up sending out an engineer who will not turn up to the house or can't fix the problem! Has anyone else had any problems with their Broadband set up?
