Im looking for someone to come and look at and potentially fix my ceiling, I took a picture into waters & ross's and they both felt it would need skimmed but would be better getting a professional to look. They gave me numbers to phone but cant get a hold of anyone.
Anyone able to do a homer or know someone that could come and look and advise accordingly?
If id known what was underneath id never have taken the paper off! :eek:
