Raptor locations?

hi all,

I have moved back to Caithness now after 15 years away.

I like bird watching and especially raptors. I was wondering if anyone could tell me a few good places to go in the county to have a good chance of seeing some.

I've heard Forsinard and also Broubster give you a good chance at spotting Hen Harrier. These will be visited shortly. But does anyone know the best place to see White Tail eagle in the county?
