Desperately need a joiner to "make" and install bespoke shelving

Just as it says in the title :). Been let down by various people and I am now desperate to get my newly refurbished sitting room "done" !

Were do you stay,usual joiners say they will come and never turn. I just tell them to truth,If my busy I would says so and make a point of telling how long I would be.
