I am drinking a can of Diet coke an i was just thinkin that it used to say on the cans part of a calorie controled diet, says nothing bout that now all it says now is %based on guidline amount based on a 2000 Lcal diet.

I reckon the only reason it doesn't warn you any more that it will only help with weight loss/control if used as part of a calorie controlled is because it was a pointless warning: at only 1 calorie per can, you'd need to drink a couple of thousand cans a day before it would make you fat!

(you'd be more likely to die of aspartame poisoning first, whilst in the toilet probably :) )

Seem to recall you were conern about diet - healthy eating etc in another thread. Drinking coke!!!!! Full of chemicals even if diet coke - just think about what it is doing to your stomach - you must have heard how effectively to 'cleans' bronze coin.

Think i'm right in saying that diet coke is actually worse for you than normal stuff due to some of the ingredients.

I think that's right -most diet/low cal products have artificial sweeteners, don't they:confused I try to avoid them anyway!

thank goodness that there are people that can take random and insane things in their stride. I wouldna swop me for to be no body else, i am glad there are people like US who make certain things unique x
