Banksy wall artwork?

I was taking a walk along the riverside at wick past the boating shed wall and noticed a painting of small girl holdingA saltire balloon...is this a banksy artwork anybody?

You can buy banksy type stencils on ebay.

I saw someone taking photographs of it the other day, so your not the only one to think it could be a Banksey, but I very much doubt it.

There's an identical one on the wall of the Toll Gallery in Thurso facing the Dammies

Why presume what they thought?

They might have just been thinking that it was pleasing to the eye so took a photo of it before the council came & cleaned it off or it got defaced...

Besides, why should it matter who painted it?
