Converting from camcorder/ video to PC

Alright folks, Im lookin for any technical whizzes that may be able to convert a camcorder video onto a format suitable for my PC/Internet/ youtube etc. Its a video of my bands playing at the BIG GIG 2006. Its mainly gonna be used for the purpose of the thing that currently rules my life. Yes, Im talking about BEBO!

The latest edition of Nero should be able to do it for you, i convert mine to mpeg and to DVD using Nero.
