Apart from the bakery and a bit more spacious, it looked very much the same. I was curious as to why the till area looks like it has an upstairs, or is it a false façade?
Overall, a good shopping experience with competitive prices and nice selection. (Couldn't find any bottled tonic water though)

The thing i like best is that they have kept most things in the same place,
Spent on average 50% more while it was shut. Not many branded items the same, but Graham's butter for example £1.50 elsewhere 95p at Lidl's Vanilla pods £4+ elsewhere - £1.49 (also better quality, at Lidl's . How did we live without their Greek yogurt? - best locally available - same price for a litre as for 600ml anywhere else. Brilliant range of fruit & veg.
