Search on Google are forums which will provide you with code if you give them IMEI, Field 0, Field 191, Field 253 & Field 5709 numbers. Think GSM-Forum will help you.

When I searched I found that the unlock code for Sagem myx-4 is available with Unlocking4u.com (http://www.unlocking4u.com/sagem-sg322i/rs6wp9/) and they also provide free unlock instructions along with the code that helps to remove the network lock easily.
