Does anyone know of any yoga classes being held in or around Thurso?

I had this information I requested few days ago over an email.
Saturday 11am- 12.15 ay the e-shed, near naver gymn, thurso. e-shed has a fb page
Thursday night 6.30pm-7.30 at Caithness horizons, thurso.
Monday night 6.30pm-7.30 at halkirk youth club.
