Windows 8 metro apps.

Windows 8 metro apps will not open (again). Does anyone know how to rectify this problem without having to reset my laptop?

You could try running System File Checker to see if that resolves the problem: Right click the bottom left hand corner of the start screen & select Command Prompt (Admin). Type in 'sfc /scannow' & press Enter

If that doesn't work then you could try creating a new Admin account to see if it all works then - follow the instructions here (http://windows.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/create-user-account#create-user-account=windows-8)
