in highlanders 1st photo I see a floating duck, he's looking over his shoulder.
in highlander's 2nd photo I see ocean waves (just can't get my mind away from that!).
in lizz's photo I see several lambs in full gallop.
what do you see? and you're right bobbyian, they're most relaxing photos.
Got a couple of photos of clouds, but am spoiled for choice as to which thread to put them in....so this is one of them............

Raining over Halkirk - What A cloud this was. Taken with a 10mm lens so the top was almost directly overhead and coming my way!!

Yes, I spotted the two kings right away, once you'd flipped the photo in post #40! That's really cool! It's amazing what we can see in cloud formations, isn't it? :)

Brilliant pics Julia, are they the taken from the pull in on the causeway? It's got to the best stop off on the A9 never wind what the weather is doing, the view is always apectacular.

Looks almost like a giant set of fingers highlander, some times looking up is quite amazing

These bright edges to the clouds over Druim Chubhie were an amazing sight. We refer to this type of cloud as a 'Moya' after the shape of the craft from Farscape. I think the correct name is 'lenticular cloud'. :cool:

This is an old photo (well 2005) and as far as I know it has not been photoshopped or anything - my memory does not go back that far.:cool: I can't identify where this is, but probably somewhere around Bettyhill.
